Compassionate, practical coaching from me, Julie Bodman, a qualified ADHD coach. I’ll help you build focus, routines and confidence, one small step at a time.
Choose a session type, or save with a block.
I’m a compassionate, down-to-earth ADHD coach who offers practical, encouraging support for children, teens and adults. I was diagnosed with ADHD myself in 2025, so I understand first-hand how ADHD can affect focus, routines, confidence and daily life and I bring that lived understanding into coaching that is warm, structured and realistic.
My coaching is backed by recognised ADHD-specific training. Coaching with me is not about “fixing” anyone, it’s about understanding how your brain works, building on your strengths and creating simple systems that genuinely fit your life.
A different way the brain manages attention, energy and impulse, not a lack of ability.
Coaching is a non-clinical, skills-based support. It complements (but doesn’t replace) medical or educational advice.
Practical tools + supportive accountability = steady progress.
Build realistic routines that match energy levels and school/work demands.
Reduce overwhelm with step-by-step plans and body-double strategies.
Shift from “I can’t” to “I’m learning how” with strengths-based coaching.

Safe, encouraging, 1-to-1 sessions designed for younger minds.
My priority is to make sessions feel safe and positive. Expect friendly language, visuals, and bite-sized activities. Parents are partners in the process: you’ll get simple tools to support progress at home.
Many families notice calmer routines, fewer homework battles and better self-esteem within a few weeks.
Rediscover your strengths and design systems that fit your life.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have long suspected you’re ADHD, it can touch every area of life. Coaching helps you reduce friction (time, tasks, emotions) and build routines you can sustain.
Simple, supportive steps to get started.
A quick chat to understand your goals and answer questions. No pressure, no jargon.
We’ll set a simple focus for the first 2–3 weeks and agree time, format and parent involvement (for under-18s).
Short, regular sessions with check-ins. We’ll celebrate wins, adjust tools, and keep things realistic.

Quick answers to common questions.
No. Coaching is skills-based support and can help with ADHD-like challenges whether or not you have a formal diagnosis.
Most sessions are 45–60 minutes. Younger children often do best with shorter, more frequent check-ins.
Coaching is not therapy or medical treatment. If needed, I can work alongside your clinician or school.
Both are available. Many families prefer online for ease and consistency.
